Finding Solitude
Built in 2018; Remodeled 2021-23 | 6,500 SF | 5 Bedrooms | 5 Bathrooms
Built in 2018 with a full remodel completed in 2023, this 6500 sq ft home is situated at the edge of Grand Teton National Park on a 5 acre corner parcel featuring commanding views of the Teton range. The airy steel frame and glass front door, paired with the addition of the steel frame and glass accordion door system on the back wall of the great room, create an inviting entry into the newly curated interiors and the dramatic Teton views beyond. It gives a true sense of indoor and outdoor being one. A theme that is carried out throughout the home.
During the remodel, stained fir trusses, purlins and wood cladding were added to the ceiling. The 2 wood burning fireplaces were re-imagined with floor to ceiling stone and reclaimed wood mantles. The chef’s kitchen – featuring top of the line appliances, soapstone and butcher block countertops, and a massive picture window – extends into a cozy family room. Each room is outfitted with custom furnishings, locally procured art, and unique artisan touches, truly embodying the idea of a modern-western home.

Grand Terra
Built in 2023 | 5,500 SF | 5 Bedrooms | 3 Bathrooms | 2 Powder Rooms
Breaking the mold of the neighborhood with a sleek and contemporary design, this home features uninterrupted views of the stunning vistas of the Teton Range and the meandering Snake River. Strategically nestled into an existing natural slope, Farmer Payne Architects partnered with Creative Building Solutions to craft an improvised split-level design that expands into the site, creating volume, while the building form responds to the sloping landscape. The result is elegant cascading staircases and expansive windows that lend the home an abundance of natural light. The interiors compliment the impressive view with natural materials and a warm palette. With cedar cladding, high ceilings, and pops of color, the home is not only inviting but reflects the homeowners’ personalities. Designed for year-round living, the home boasts multiple spaces for entertaining, cooking or simply admiring the view.

Glory View
Built in 2024 | 2624 SF + 394 SF garage | 4 Bedrooms | 3 Bathrooms
The Ward Family built their dream “Glory View” home 2024 on historic family property in downtown Wilson that has been in the Ward family for generations. Adam grew up on the property in Wilson and there he met and married Elizabeth when she moved to the Tetons after college. When Adam received the parcel of land, the couple was inspired to build their Wyoming family home. The traditional interior design incorporates rich metals (Rohl faucetry), artisan tiles in the kitchen and hints of warm grays, ivories with rich oak flooring. Adding eclectic accents at the entrance, earthy colored tiles in powder room and bold bronze metal accents on the walls only add to the vintage style. The design also includes custom Schroll cabinetry and gorgeous tile accents throughout the entire home from Decorative Materials in Denver. The bedrooms are comfy and cozy with a Western flare, an include a reclaimed wood ceiling from the old 1800s pumphouse that was on the property. Comfort was also a priority for the great room which features deep plush comfy upholstery over a wool vintage rug. With large timber beams and views of its namesake Mount Glory, the large dining room table finishes off the kitchen/dining area and is perfect for family gatherings.
